Cashncam and Sauvignon Blue Chip Take Opens

This afternoons card, July 23 was an 11 race card featured with 2 divisions of the $8,300 Opens for Pacers.

The first Open saw Exotic Sand (R. Harp) cut every step of the mile, turning for home he had a 1 length lead on the pack, Cashncam (Jim Devaux) went to the inside and he looked like he was going to get up for the win, but on the far outside Yankee On The Move & Kyle Dibenedetto used every step of the stretch to just get up in time for the win in 1:55.1 – $28.60 Yankee On The Move is trained by Anthony Regina, the seven year old earned his his sixth win on the year. In addition to Yankee On The Move, Regina also scored with Viviens Delight in 1:57.3 – $4.80

The second Open on the card saw Chantepleure cut the mile only to be thwarted at the finish by Sauvignon Blue Chip and Adam Moeykens in 1:55.1 for trainer Dave Dziengiel.

McGwire Sowers scored with Get Down, who earned his maiden win in 1:59.1, the 2 year old colt by Stag Party for trainer Glenn Raia. Greg Merton had a driving triple & Jimmy Devaux and Kyle Dibenedetto each had a pair.
